BULUH PERINDU CAN'T MAKE LEMANG YA

This what I call Buluh perindu (just for fun only) hahaha.... actually this is some people calls Buluh Jepun. Too high already and yet still not trim. Almost to enter my neighbor place.

Buluh ini juga dikenali sebagai aur atau bambu merupakan keluarga bagi tumbuhan saka berbunga daripada keluarga Poaceae. Struktur pokok buluh adalah berongga di bahagian tengah dan keratan rentas berkas vaskularnya terletak bertaburan di seluruh batang. 

But reminder this bamboo or buluh jepun can't make Lemang ya. For your information lemang is a sticky rice with the coconut milk and you put into the bamboo and cook like this bottom pictures.

And this what we calls Lemang after cooked. Normally in Malaysia especially malay culture will do it during Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Looks like compulsory every house must have it.
